We want every coffee pod enjoyed to be recycled. That’s why we’re a member of Podback, the UK’s coffee pod recycling service.

Podback recycles plastic and aluminium pods into new items and the coffee grounds are transformed into renewable energy (biogas) and soil improver.

How does it work?

Simply add a free Podback recycling bag to your basket when you buy your pods, then drop your full bag off at your nearest collection point. It’s that easy!

Use the online Recycle Checker to discover how and where to recycle near you.

  • Enter your postcode in the Recycle Checker and the interactive map will show you where you can recycle.
  • Click on your chosen location for details on how to recycle, including how to get your free Podback bags, if these are required.

In-store: Drop off your Podback bag when you’re doing your regular shop.

Recycling Centre: Save pods loose and drop them into the Podback container at your local recycling centre on your next visit.

Organic farming practices result in higher quality beans. These practices include avoiding synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, which can negatively affect the flavour. Organic coffee beans are typically grown in more sustainable, nutrient-rich soils, leading to a fuller, richer taste.
