Our classic Italian mix of Arabica and Robusta is a delicious medley of chocolate, malted biscuit and rich caramel, the perfect blend of texture and flavour. Best enjoyed through an espresso machine or moka pot, where its smooth, cacao-heavy body comes topped with a deliciously rich, thick crema.
The 80/20 split of Arabica and Robusta is a staple of continental espressos. The more smooth, acidic notes of Arabica beans are complemented by the generally fuller-bodied Robusta to create a sharp and full bodied pour - perfect with or without milk. 40% Honduran and 40% Ethiopian Sidamo make up the high quality Arabica portion of our Espresso blend, alongside 20% Indian Kerala which contributes to a thick, rich crema and the little extra kick of caffeine that is synonymous with an Espresso blend coffee.
Because of this, we recommend using a brewing method that will get you that crema on top - so get out your moka pot or espresso machine, and get pulling!
Best brewed as... Moka Pot or Espresso
