Bean-Counter Competition
- CRU Kafe competitions are open to residents of the UK and must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Individuals with ties or an affiliation with the organisations running this competition are not eligible to enter this competition. This will include employees and family members of employees. If a winner is discovered to have some form of connection or affiliation with CRU Kafe, the win will be discarded. A new winner will be selected at random to take their place.
- The CRU Bean Counter competition will run from the 15th November 2018 to the 31st January 2019. All competitions will close at Midnight on the final day of the competition. All entries after this deadline will not be counted. During the duration of this competition, CRU Kafe may at its sole discretion amend the method of entry. All entries before any amendments are implemented shall still be valid. All amendments to method of entry shall be communicated by the appropriate promotion.
- To successfully enter this competition, you are required to submit a guess to the number of coffee beans found in the jar along with any other required information stated in the sign-up form. The Jar and coffee beans shall not be changed during this competition, and shall be counted by CRU Kafe upon the ending of the competition.
- Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries.
- This competition features one prize, with one winner. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable. The below outlines available prize:
A 3 course meal & nights stay at the luxury Deans Street Townhouse. this prize has be used within the first half of 2019. The prize is of value of £500 and any further cost will have to be picked up by the lucky winner. For 2 people, can use a double room or a room with two single beds.
- The participant who guesses the correct number of coffee beans or was the closest to the correct number of coffee beans shall win the prize. In the event of a tie, the winner shall be selected at random from the tie entries.
- The winner will be notified within fourteen days of the closing date. In the event that no response is received from the winner after a reasonable period and effort has been made to contact the winner, the runner up shall be selected. The same process will be implemented for any users who refuse the prize. This process will continue until a winner has been successfully contacted.
- These prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and non-exchangeable. There are no refunds on unused portions of the prize.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of CRU Kafe Limited. At its absolute discretion, CRU Kafe may vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to CRU Kafe or its partners as a result thereof.
- Personal Information - the email address and answers you submit to enter the Nevis competition will not be shared with any 3rd parties. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes by any of the partners unless you specifically provide permission by the tick boxes upon entry.
