When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your product back, we'll process your refund for you, and you'll get a confirmation shortly after.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order), without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by contacting us at help@crukafe.com.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. To start the return process, please email us at help@crukafe.com.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that the following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal once opened: coffee pods and sealed coffee bags, as these are sealed for health and hygiene reasons and cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Accessories and equipment may be returned unused in original packaging within the withdrawal period.
