    About

Peru is a country which has great potential but for particular reasons it is extremely hard to find speciality-grade coffee. The 8th largest producer of coffee in the world, most Peruvian farmers own only a couple of hectares each, often in the more remote areas of the country; meaning that coffee can sit at the farm unnecessarily for extended periods of time after it is dried.

    How we drink it

If you're buying grounds, then we would recommend using this is a cafetiére, as this particular blend has been ground slightly coarser than our usual coffee.

Its clean, bright flavours work best without milk, and makes it the perfect lazy afternoon brew.
