    About

This is the second of our beautiful Ethiopian coffees from the Oromia region (the birthplace of coffee). It was the Oromo people who began using coffee as a food source around the beginning of the 5th century, it then developed into a drink, as well as a source of vital trade, spiritual nourishment and as a tool for peace-keeping.

    How we drink it

The roast profile on this one has to be light to really bring out the taste notes, which are some of the sweetest citrus flavours you can find in a coffee form - a lingering, lemony acidity.

'Sweet citrus fruit juice' is how we have described it. It is the perfect coffee for a mid-afternoon cafetière, or one to savour on those lazy weekend mornings.
